Conventional Liquid Treatment - Termidor

Termidor is made from a new nonrepellent, meaning termites can't see, smell or taste it. Through drilling and trenching, a liquid barrier is created around your home or business to stop termites from making their way into your space. In trials worldwide, Termidor has repeatedly proven 100% effective in eliminating termites within three months — a success rate unmatched by any other product. And U.S. Department of Agriculture trials show no signs of termites coming back, even years after treatment.

This treatment includes a one-year guarantee, and an annual termite inspection. American Pest Management is a certified and trained Termidor professional.

When you sign up for the repellant termite control, we'll use the most up-to-date product to protect your home or business. Applied with the same drilling and trenching technique as the Termidor liquid treatment, the repellant builds a liquid barrier around your home or business. This method has been used since the 1930s. Unlike Termidor, this treatment is a repellant, meaning it kills termites on contact, and creates an alarm within the termite colony, driving them away from your home or business.

This treatment includes a one-year guarantee, and an annual termite inspection.

The Ultimate Pretreatment Package combines three of the most effective termite prevention treatments available: the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System, Bora-Care, and liquid barrier treatment. This mix of treatments offers the highest possible level of protection from termites.

This package includes a five-year, no-fee warranty, and an annual termite inspection.

Bora-Care's two active ingredients, boric acid and boron, can be found in everything from tomatoes to toothpaste, making Bora-Core a greener option than conventional liquid pretreatment. When applied by professionals, this product works not only as a toxicant but also as a repellent. So it kills existing termites, and keeps others from coming back. Another benefit of this low-toxicity treatment: It requires just a few gallons of material as compared to the hundreds required by conventional liquid pretreatment. As a bonus, Bora-Care also prevents carpenter ants, moisture damage, and mold.

Bora-Care treats all the wood a termite would find when trying to enter your home or business, including:

• Studs
• Sill plate
• Wood sheathing
• Anywhere else termites would first come into contact with the wood

This treatment includes a five-year, no-fee warranty, and a five-year structural warranty from the product manufacturer. You can renew the warranty for an annual fee, which will also extend the structural warranty for up to 12 years at no additional charge. The warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners.

The pre-construction phase is the best time to perform the conventional liquid treatment. Our pre-slab liquid treatment includes:

• Treatment of soil before pouring concrete footings
• Treatment of sand, rock or dirt before pouring concrete floors
• Rodding/trenching around foundation after final soil grade

This treatment includes a five-year, no-fee warranty, and an annual termite inspection. After five years, you can renew the warranty for an annual fee. The warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners.
